Google have Introduced Its new project named as 'Google+'
At this Time, Google plus is in a Trial mode and hence you cannot get any access into Google+, unless you get a Google+ invitation. You can  only sign up over there for Google+ invitation, but unfortunately they do not provide invitation to you yet, so you have to contact Google for the invitation.
